It takes only a few minutes of training for the system to learn the user’s speech patterns and wirelessly sends and receives data to the user’s smartphone for processing. The current version provides about 10 hours of battery life without any data leaving the user’s phone.

The system can be used to perform various functions such as changing music, entering passwords without touching the phone, drawing models without using a keyboard.

The researchers note that most silent speech recognition technologies are limited to a predefined set of commands and require the user to look at or attach the camera, which is impractical and impractical. The glasses form factor eliminates the need to look at the camera or put something in your ear.
