Huawei recently created a computer-aided design system for its processors. Specialists managed to develop electronic design automation (EDA) tools for microcircuits manufactured using 14 nm technology.

Overall, company representatives created 78 vehicles. It’s all somehow related to the hardware and software required for the manufacture of processors. All vehicles are currently being tested and the results of this test will be known by the end of the year. At the same time, several companies are simultaneously developing tools.

The chips are planned to be used primarily by Huawei. However, it will most likely produce these processors for other companies.

Some experts call this project groundbreaking.

Perhaps because of all these developments, Huawei will eventually produce the KC10 chip, which will most likely be called Kirin 9010. And this processor is quite productive. While the AnTuTu test scores 1.3 million points, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 scores 1.27 million points.

Also, China is trying to attract the best experts. The incentive for this is triple salary. Many engineers succumb to temptation. In addition to salaries, employees receive good health insurance, parental leave and good benefits for education. And, of course, bonuses are given to the most valuable employees.
