The deal was backed by investment company Voskhod Capital, which became Looky’s adviser on attracting investment.

Looky was launched in December 2022. The social network positions itself as a Russian Instagram* with e-commerce opportunities. Now you can transfer content, a unique profile name and a subscriber base from a social network banned in the Russian Federation to the service for free.

As reported, the startup will allocate funds to finalize functionality, attract users, work with bloggers and creators. The team also plans to integrate the largest Russian markets, create tools to promote and sell goods and services on their platform.
