Samsung and Apple are still traditionally the market leaders in terms of sales. Although the Korean corporation maintained first place, its market share for the period 2022-2024 fell from 21% to 19%.

The Chinese brand Xiaomi has shown stable growth. Its sales for 2022-2024 grew by 12% and its market share increased from 12% to 14%. Counterpoint analysts attribute this to the restructuring of the company’s product portfolio, the emergence of premium products and an aggressive business expansion policy. Oppo smartphones experienced the biggest drop in sales (-8%).
