In Russia, 45% of working citizens spend up to a third of their salary on maintaining a healthy lifestyle (HLS). Also, for most of them, a healthy lifestyle is proper nutrition, according to the results of the AlfaStrakhovanie survey, the results of which were reviewed by TASS.
36% each associated the issue of a healthy lifestyle with quitting smoking and alcohol. Another 22.4% includes regular sports and 18% lead an active life. Mental practices, including meditation – 15.9% were also ranked there.
Every third person adheres to the principles of a healthy lifestyle: 26.6% play sports at home, another 12.7% of respondents run regularly, a little less than 10% of Russians exercise and another 9 % attend group yoga classes. , Pilates and stretching.
At the same time, almost 28% did not have regular classes, and more than a quarter of the respondents spend time on sports two or three times a week. Another 18% of sports training spend only one day, and 17.6% practice sports every day.
Almost 55% of respondents spend 500-1 thousand rubles to keep fit. Almost 22% of Russians receive from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles. And only 2% of respondents allocate more than 10 thousand rubles for a healthy lifestyle, where the main item of spending is clothes and gym membership.
For proper nutrition, 42% of respondents spend 10-20 thousand rubles monthly, 26.7% try not to exceed 5 thousand rubles, and 22.1% fit 5-10 thousand rubles.
The survey involved 1.3 thousand people. Most of them are residents of Moscow (14.1%), Saint Petersburg (10.4%), Samara (10.4%), Kazan (9%) and Novosibirsk (8%).
