Analytics is based on standard rate for SMS alert service. For 5 years – from 2018 to April 2023 – 17% increase in service fees of Rosselkhozbank and Sberbank, 18% in MTS Bank, 27% and 29% increase in five-year tariffs of SMP Bank and Saint Petersburg Bank output.
The highest price increases were recorded in Rossiya Bank with 230%, Rosbank with 116%, ISE with 98%, Gazprombank with 68% and Otkritie with 68%. On average, banks increased prices by 53.7% in 5 years.
However, Raiffeisenbank recorded the highest increase in the price of the SMS notification service with 232%. In this case, the percentage of total price increases is 67.3%.
