Sushi delivery network “Yobidoyobi” launched a franchise for 1 ruble. The company was previously legally ordered to change its name – the network challenged this decision, noting that it only refers to the legal entity, and not the name of the network itself.

The roll delivery network “Yobidoyobi” launched a franchise “for the most daring” for 1 ruble

Yobidoyobi, which was ordered by a court on April 10 to change its company name, has challenged the decision, a spokesman for the network said. The Krasnoyarsk Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service filed a complaint against the mark.

Yobidoyobi clarified that the court decision refers only to the name of the legal entity, but has nothing to do with the name of the network itself.

“The Federal Tax Service refers to the fact that the consumer has ambiguous associations, but the name of the legal entity does not interact with consumers in any way,” Yobidoyobi reported.

The company will file an appeal against the decision of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Arbitration Court and will not change the name of the legal entity until it receives a final decision.

At the same time, Yobidoyobi offered to open a franchise at the price of 1 ruble in cities where there are no chain restaurants yet. This will save 390 thousand rubles on the purchase of a franchise, the company said.

In November 2022, Yobidoyobi announced the opening of franchises in the countries of relocation of Russians, including Kazakhstan, Turkey, Armenia, Georgia, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Israel, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates.
