Twitter owner Elon Musk said in an interview with the BBC that the experience of running a company was “extremely painful” for him and like riding a roller coaster.

Musk also admitted that he acquired Twitter only because of a binding court decision. Elon Musk became the owner of the company after buying it for $44 billion in 2022. After acquiring Twitter, Musk made it a non-public company and reduced the staff several times, from 8,000 to 1.5,000. people.

If a suitable buyer is found, Musk will be ready to sell Twitter, he said in an interview with the BBC. Previously, the businessman merged parent company Twitter with X Corp.
