It’s worth noting that Analyst941’s track record, as noted by 9to5Mac, did not differ in size, and the “ambiguity” of its latest leak leaves room for skepticism.
So according to the leak, iOS 17 will support all iPhone models currently supported by iOS 16, which cannot be said about iPadOS 27 and which tablet models will be compatible with it. The publication also writes that there is a possibility of cancellation of iPads based on A9 and A10 Fusion chips. Apple will make its final decision on this issue in the coming weeks.
The iOS 17 update is said to focus on “performance, efficiency, stability, and long-term support for older devices.”
Additionally, the leak lists a number of new features believed to be in development, including additional settings for the iPhone 14 Pro Always-On Display, changes and more options for managing notifications, and interface changes to the Health app.
The leak also indicates that the Dynamic Island feature will be expanded and improved.
There is also a focus on the possibility of “active widgets” appearing that allow you to make widgets more “dynamic” with a single click of a button and slider. However, the feature is said to be still in testing and there is no guarantee it will come to light.
