According to RocketData experts, the ability to leave reviews and ratings on Google Maps has been restored for three countries since April 11. According to the report, no reviews were published for a year, although users had the opportunity to write. They just couldn’t get past the moderation.

This was done to prevent users from spreading false, non-business information that would negatively affect their reputation.

Restoring the feature will now help businesses get feedback from their customers and effectively maintain their online presence.
