Analytical company Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) shared statistics on sales of OLED smartphones in the world in 2023.

Based on OLED shipment data, the company has a high ranking of the most popular smartphones in this category from January to May. Looking for April and May not yet, DSCC looked at the numbers for the first quarter of the year (January to March) and calculated that Apple and Samsung jointly sold 46% of the market.

Since the beginning of the first quarter of 2023, the best-selling model has changed from the iPhone 14 Pro Max, which had 18% at the beginning of the year, to the iPhone 14. In the TOP of the best-selling smartphones, four lines out of five occupied iPhone 14 different models and iPhone 13, and in fifth the place was taken by Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

The iPhone dominates the list of top-selling flagship phones with an OLED display, like the 1964 Beatles.

The Apple iPhone dominates the list of top-selling OLED flagships, though there has been a change at the top.
