According to weight loss expert Terri-Anne Nunns, there are a few simple things you can add to your daily routine to help you lose weight. And some burn more calories than you think.

Restlessness – 350 kcal per day. If you’re constantly on the go, just tapping or shaking your leg will help you burn kilocalories.

Laughter – 40 kcal every 15 minutes. Laughter increases heart rate. Accordingly, a person burns even more kilocalories.

Dance – 200 kcal every 40 minutes. So don’t be ashamed to dance.

Movement throughout the day – 200 kcal per squat every 15 minutes. If you normally stand or sit, you can walk or squat in place.

Playing with children – 78 kcal every 20 minutes. For example, you can chase children in the park, play with them, put them to bed to burn calories.

Escalators – 102 kcal every 10 minutes. You can go up and down the stairs from time to time.

Chores. Sweeping burns 175 kcal per hour, dusting 166 kcal per hour and ironing 157 kcal per hour. Cleaning is a physical job that requires constant movement, as if you are doing sports.

Walking in heels – 200 kcal every 30 minutes. Heels act on the body the way sneakers are designed to increase muscle tone.

Gender – 300 kcal per “session”. The higher your heart rate is than normal, the more calories you burn.
