According to ministry representatives, the recently passed law on the digitization of military records does not provide for subpoenas to be sent through the State Services. Instead, the methods of issuing subpoenas should be determined by a separate government law that has not yet been passed.

To date, the law clearly states that the portal will only be used for sending notifications about military registration, the implementation and removal of restrictive measures.

In addition, access to the information in the agenda book, which has not yet been created, will be provided through the State Services.

Note that all of the above is the position of the Ministry of Digital Development.
