According to the developers, the new build 3527 can boost the emulator’s performance by up to 50% in hit games like Super Mario Odyssey, Xenoblade 3 and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Considering that Steam Deck is already able to run the latter at an average of 25 fps, with the new update this figure may rise to a little over 37 fps. And this is already smoother than on the Nintendo Switch – there we remember, you can only get 30 frames.

There is no information yet about when the updated version of the emulator will be generally available. However, it is already clear that the latest update is an important step in improving the quality and performance of the emulator.
