To get rid of belly fat and pump up the press, a fitness expert suggested doing a few exercises. This type of strength training will tighten and tone your stomach. Additionally, strength training helps to stay fit when combined with a healthy diet.

Tyler Reed, founder and personal trainer of PTPioneer.com, came up with a fitness program to build abs and lose belly fat.

spat. This is a great starting point before moving on to weighted squats. For a bodyweight squat, stand with your feet hip or shoulder-width apart with your arms extended forward or out to your sides. Bend your knees and squat until your hips are parallel to the floor.

lungs. First of all, hold dumbbells in both hands with your legs shoulder-width apart. Then, stretch one leg forward and put it on the floor, bend your knees and do a lunge. Keep your waist straight.

deadlift. Hold the dumbbells with both hands. It is important that the palms are facing the body. Open your feet shoulder-width apart.

pull-ups. Grasp the bar with your palms and open your hands shoulder-width apart. Then lift your legs off the ground so that your arms are fully extended. Then, bend both elbows, lift your upper body toward the bar until your chin rests on the bar. Return to the starting position.

dumbbell bench press. You will need to lie down on a training bench to hold two dumbbells in front of you.
