In Ricci | Blackstone – other data: according to his calculations, five foreign retailers appeared in Russia in the first quarter against ten in 2022.
According to CORE.XP, Turkish chains Loft Jeans, NetWork, Club, AC&Co, Madam Coco, a brand from Belarus – Swed House and one from France – JACADI and Poland – PitBull West Coast have arrived in Russia. French and Polish companies opened outlets until last year, but then closed them, the consultants said.
All new brands operate in the mid-price segment. Previously, most of this segment was occupied by the Spanish Inditex and the Swedish H&M.
In the future, brands from China and Turkey will enter the Russian market, European brands will not dare to do so for fear of secondary sanctions.
