The company itself has filed an appeal, admitting that a small number of iPhone 6s only have battery problems; the seller offered to replace the batteries of the problem smartphones for free.
At the same time, Apple admitted that the iPhone 6’s power management application reduced performance by 10%. But that’s not the subject of a $2 billion lawsuit.
