Is Bradesco on the air? The app has instability this Friday (05)

For the second week in a row, Bradesco customers this Friday (05) complained of issues preventing access to the bank’s app. Due to instability, users have become unable to perform transactions such as Pix transfers, balance inquiries and bill payments.

According to the Down Detector website, complaints about the service started increasing around 3 PM (Brazil time). The bank’s website page showed that, in addition to the app, very few people were unable to use their credit card.

Many people on social networks talked about the issue and posted screenshots showing the following error message: “Something went wrong… But it will be fixed soon. Please come back later”.
