Vice President of the Russian Television Academy and Chairman of the AVM Media group Alexander Mitroshenkov became one of the indirect owners of O2O Holding. The holding company owns the Citydrive car-sharing service, as well as the Kitchen in the District and Samokat food delivery services.
According to RBC, the holding’s report for 2022 indicates that 99.54% of the company belongs to Ekom Technologies JSC, another 0.46% belongs to Ekom Investments LLC. According to the publication, based on data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, 10.86% of Ekom Investments belongs to Alexander Mitroshenkov, another 7.23% to Yaroslav Cherednikov.
At the same time, the president of AVM Media himself did not comment on information about his participation in O2O Holding.
O2O Holding was created in 2019 as a joint venture between Sberbank and VK, who owned 45.01% each, another 9.98% was owned by O2O Group (PTS) Limited, registered in the Virgin Islands.
In August 2022, VK withdrew from the holding’s shareholders, receiving in return a 100% stake in the Delivery Club service, which it later exchanged from Yandex for Novosti and Zen.
Alexander Mitroshenkov is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the AVM Media group. The largest projects of the company include the program “Good evening, children!”, the program “Malakhov”, “Live”, “Hello, Andrey!” and others.
