According to IBM CEO Arvind Krishna, around 30% of jobs can be replaced by artificial intelligence in five years. And this is happening against the backdrop of intense debate about the impact of artificial intelligence on the future of jobs.

In March, Goldman Sachs estimated that generative models could “automate” 300 million jobs.

But some experts argue that the impact of AI on the labor market is still largely hypothetical. Some see it as a convenient scapegoat for cuts and major restructurings.

Returning to Krishna’s words, it is worth noting that some tasks can be fully automated, such as issuing seniority certificates or transferring employees between departments, according to his estimations.
