While the data may contain erroneous reviews, this amount of information allows us to paint a fairly accurate picture of the mood of iPhone owners.

By comparison, Apple itself claimed to be 99% satisfied with the iPhone 14 family. The company cited 451 Research data as evidence.

The study also showed which iPhone models were the most “favorite” and which were the most “hated” among users.

So, the lowest score for the iPhone 5C – this smartphone received only 64% of the reviews with the maximum score. In comparison, the iPhone 13 Pro Max has the best result, with a review rate of 86%, with five points.
