Over time, chronic inflammation can cause tissue damage and some side effects. For hypertension, hyperglycemia, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, various types of cancer, depression and osteoporosis.

There are also foods that cause inflammation.

Margarine. It is a highly processed product that can cause inflammation in the body and have a bad effect on the condition of the heart.

drinks containing sugar. Recent studies have shown that such drinks only increase inflammation.

fried foods. Some fried foods can produce the acrylamide compound. Some scientific studies suggest that high consumption of this substance is associated with inflammation. The strongest association with inflammation was French fries.

Alcohol. Inflammation increases with excessive alcohol consumption. Experts recommend that men consume a maximum of 2 servings a day, and women a maximum of 1 serving.

refined grain. Refined flour is devoid of fiber and nutrients. Therefore, it is insatiable and quickly digested. Additionally, the faster the body digests glucose-containing food, the faster blood sugar levels can rise.

Foods stored in BPA containers. BPA, or bisphenol A, is a substance added to certain materials. Including those from which food storage containers are made. Unfortunately, this chemical compound can get into food and cause inflammation.

processed meat. It is known that sluggish systemic inflammations can develop due to sausage, bacon, hot dogs.

candies. Eating too much sugar can cause inflammation.

donuts. The truth is, eating fried foods and high amounts of sugar is associated with inflammation.

Pasta. Studies show that pasta, along with other inflammation-promoting foods, is associated with increased inflammation.

byproducts. For example, I mean the liver.
