Kickidler, an employee performance and time tracking service, raised $1 million from the venture fund of Softline, an IT solutions provider. In exchange for the investment, the fund received 40% of the company. With the funds raised, Kickidler plans to expand its product line.

Employee performance monitoring service Kickidler raised $1 million from the Softline venture fund

Softline’s corporate venture fund has invested $1 million in Kickidler’s employee performance monitoring service. A representative of the Softline Venture Partners fund told Forbes about this.

Kickidler is a developer of an employee performance monitoring system. Capture keystrokes, record video from the webcam of a working computer – helps to understand how much time an employee spends solving work tasks.

The system developed by Kickidler is used by 3.9 thousand companies in 55 countries. The clients of the service are small and medium-sized companies, call centers.

With the funds raised, Kickidler will expand its product line. The company plans to release a new solution with project monitoring that will work like a task manager. Kickidler also intends to open representative offices in Turkey and Brazil by the end of the year.

Previously, Softline bought from the Aplana group of companies three companies that develop corporate applications for companies. The deal included controlling stakes in the companies and the rights to their software products.
