The data center is expected to be operational by the end of this year. The construction process uses recyclable building materials and a Cobod BOD2 3D printer.

The walls will be made of 100% recyclable concrete, which emits 55% less CO2 than conventional cement. The walls will be finished by a special robot painter.

The Baufeld 5 data center will occupy less than 600 m2 and will be completed in July.

By the way, it was recently learned that China plans to test 3D printing bricks from lunar soil as part of its program to build a permanent base on the moon.
