Zoom will initially include the chatbot in the Contact Center product, improve customer support with better self-service features, and guide users to appropriate solutions.

The integration will allow Claude to find relevant connections and resources for support agents while assisting customers. While Zoom didn’t provide specific details on bringing Claude to other areas of the app like chats and calls, the AI ​​assistant is likely to help Zoom compete with apps like Slack as well.

As a reminder, Zoom already has AI-enabled features, including creating resumes and draft messages via Zoom IQ.
