The specialist uses advanced methods to analyze network problems, allowing you to identify and resolve problems more effectively.

The system continuously monitors approximately 150,000 base stations across the country, analyzing more than 30 network parameters and predicting potential problems before customers call. Using machine learning algorithms, the system can predict the number of customer calls associated with any event, thus minimizing the impact on network quality.

In addition, the system now includes traffic analysis capabilities. Subscriber monitors service stability and investigates potential outages when significant service outages occur. If no network-related faults are detected, the system alerts technicians to investigate other possible causes. Currently, all incidents are reviewed by QA experts to improve the model and automate the troubleshooting process.
