Apple rules out a major upgrade for its build systems.
In macOS 13.4, the company has fixed a number of bugs. Namely:
• Fixes an issue that prevented you from signing in to your Mac using Apple Watch Auto Unlock.
• Fixes an issue with Bluetooth that caused a delay in connecting to a Mac after a restore.
• Fixed an issue with VoiceOver that could cause navigation to landmarks on web pages
• Fixes an issue that could cause Screen Time to reset or not sync across all apps.
The update is already available for download in the menu System Settings -> General -> Software Update.
