Tomorrow, Moscow will host a large-scale conference dedicated to modern technologies that are changing the global food industry – DeepFoodTech Conference 2023 from EFKO and RB.RU. The Food Alley of the Future – a platform where manufacturers will present a variety of products: vegetable meats and fish, superfoods, functional beverages and much more – will operate throughout the day of the event and conference guests will be able to try it out.
This year, 12 alternative food producers will participate in the Food of the Future Alley. At the stand of the brand Hi! you can get acquainted with vegetable cutlets, including hamburger, nugget and meatball cutlets, as well as try non-dairy milks and yogurts: with blueberries, mango, grapefruit and other flavors.
At the Greenwise brand stand you can also taste vegetable meats and even fish. The manufacturer creates products based on soy and wheat protein.
ReFeel, which produces innovative products for the Russian market with natural ingredients and functional additives, will present drinks: latte with sugar-free adaptogens, matcha latte with collagen and coconut milk, latte tea with chaga and spices, cocoa latte with reishi and spices and others.
Easy Base will present instant protein soups based on pureed dried peas to conference guests. These soups are rich in vegetable protein, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamins A, B, C, H, do not contain starch, sugar, stabilizers and give a feeling of satiety for three hours.
The Black Bread brand will delight you with pastries and desserts made with organic spelled flour with Jerusalem artichoke syrup. And LLC Evofud prepared for tasting concentrates of vegetable proteins (hemp, cedar, sunflower, apricot, pumpkin), ultrafine powders of grinding of vegetables, berries, fruits, needles, mushrooms, fiber (apple, pumpkin, hemp).
KEN-KO will present fermented black garlic, whose recipe is over five thousand years old. After fermentation, black garlic acquires a sweet taste, becomes smooth like jam and resembles dried fruits. This product helps to reduce weight, strengthen the heart and normalize blood pressure.
A product based on vegetable peptides can be tested at the ProNIR stand.
The startup “DoEdu” will present to the guests of the conference meat, poultry, fish, seafood and vegetables cooked using sous-vide technology. Sud-vide is a technology in which products are sealed in a special vacuum bag, air is removed, and they are cooked for several hours at a constant low temperature.
Stemeat will present minced meat made from animal stem cells. LLC “Uralchem Innovation” – food pea protein.
LLC “MIP GGRINBAR” will show a sample of a mini-farm with AI “Virtual Agronomist” incorporated. Such a farm allows you to grow herbs, herbs and vegetables. The device can be installed in the kitchens of restaurants, canteens, commercial floors, shopping centers, small shops.
