The “Virtual Quality Specialist” system used by Beeline predicts network problems and eliminates them before customers contact us. This artificial intelligence constantly monitors the status of about 150 thousand base stations throughout Russia and analyzes more than 30 network parameters. It can predict problems based on this data to minimize their impact on network performance.
The “Virtual Quality Specialist” system significantly reduced the workload of technicians dealing with network troubleshooting. It is also used for network quality control, subscriber traffic management and fault detection. It also monitors the stability of subscribers’ service consumption and checks for the possibility of accidents if serious malfunctions are detected.
A team of quality experts is currently analyzing all the events that have occurred to identify the causes of the failure and improve the system model. This will automate the troubleshooting process as much as possible in the future.
