Google Chrome talked about its update, which is designed to increase inclusion and help people with disabilities use services more efficiently. Now the browser can check URLs for errors and typos. The option will be available on desktop and mobile versions in the coming months.

Google will start looking for typos in the address bar and flag errors

The new function will help the user to make sure that he goes to the site that he needs. This way, you can reduce the chances of running into scammers or phishing pages.

The company also talked about updates to the Live Caption feature, which transcribes speech in real time. Now you can mark the answer without interrupting the phone conversation. Newer Pixel smartphones will receive the new functionality first, followed by older models and other Android devices.

Additionally, for Android tablets, the company will introduce an optimized caption window and add Live Caption support for German, Italian, and French.

The update also affected the Google Maps navigation service. It will start showing the wheelchair accessibility icon to all users. Previously, you had to select “Available Locations” on maps. Also, the service will suggest whether it is possible to get to a particular institution in a wheelchair.

Last month, the company released the public beta of Android 14.
