The creators of the game, the studio NetherRealm, have officially announced a new episode of the series. The name of the game will be Mortal Kombat 1. Moreover, the first trailer has already been published on the Web.
In this video, you can see how Mortal Kombat characters fight each other. They use classical techniques, including those connected to magic. At the same time, they finally show the most important thing – the new Fatality.
Towards the end of the video, information about the release date of Mortal Kombat 1 appears. The game will be released on September 19. Pre-orders start tomorrow, May 19.
Interestingly, the project will only be visited on current game consoles – PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S / X – and PC. Yep, they haven’t forgotten the Nintendo Switch either.
NetherRealm says the new Mortal Kombat will mark the start of a “new era” for the series. They promised that a new mode will appear in the project, changes to the mechanics and combat system.
