It notes that users can study answers to frequently asked questions, receive advice from an IBM specialist and familiarize themselves with useful online tools, such as “Select a tax system”, “Prepare a financial model” and “Business tables”. Additionally, the special project page contains announcements of IBM training events, which are dedicated to tax and financial issues for entrepreneurs.

It is clarified that the special project was implemented within the framework of the federal project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Business Initiatives”, which is part of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy”.

The progressive scale of personal income tax rates began to be applied in Russia on January 1. According to the changes, the tax rate for annual income up to 2.4 million rubles will be 13%, from 2.4 million rubles to 5 million rubles – 15%, from 5 million rubles to 20 million rubles – 18%, from 20 million rubles to 50 million rubles – 20%, more than 50 million rubles – 22%.
