The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation proposes to postpone the launch of the Unified System for the Provision of State and Municipal Services (FSIS PGS) on the GosTech platform for one year. The relevant draft government decree has been published on the official regulatory portal.

Currently, the Ministry of Digital Development is submitting for cross-departmental approval a plan for the creation and development of FSIS PGS on the GosTech platform. However, due to the need for some organizational measures, it becomes impossible to implement this plan until 1 July 2023. It is therefore recommended that the deadline be delayed by one year, as indicated in the explanatory note to the draft resolution.

It was also noted that the application software required for the creation and operation of the system was developed and tested within the scope of the development of the information infrastructure. It ensures the interaction of information systems used to provide state and municipal services in electronic form and the execution of state and municipal functions.
