Russian express delivery operator SDEK will launch a school to teach basics of entrepreneurship and sales by the end of the year. The first will be open to franchise partners and the second to everyone. This was reported to RB.RU by the company’s press service.

SDEK will launch a school for entrepreneurs and sellers in 2023

The company noted that there is now a shortage of “sales” employees in the market: the average time to fill a sales vacancy has doubled over the past year. The school for “salespeople” will accept candidates without work experience, graduates and anyone who wants to change their profession for a more profitable one, they said.

SDEK will make a job offer to the best graduates and the rest will receive certificates of completion of training.

SDEK has a training center, whose employees “at the entrance” teach candidates the work processes and tools in the company. Among the directions are the school for account managers, the courier school, the shopkeeper school, the executive development school, etc.
