Experts from the Rostelecom press service reported that the problem of accessing some foreign Internet resources was successfully resolved. They have confirmed that access to these resources has been restored.
Earlier, the company reported temporary difficulties in accessing some foreign Internet resources due to failures on the European traffic exchange site. However, backup international communication channels were activated to solve the problem.
It was also noted that Downradar, an Internet outage monitoring service, recorded complaints about problems with the work of Rostelecom. Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk were most affected by provider failures.
