The potter strongly recommended choosing fresh seasonal vegetables, but not giving up boiled, steamed or grilled vegetables. He also added that vegetable dishes can be supplemented with fish, meat, poultry, cereals or dairy products.

According to Gonchar, one of the delicious and healthy breakfast options could be a veggie omelet. Tomatoes, spinach, asparagus, bell peppers, leeks and greens can be great additions to your morning meal.

And for salad lovers, the specialist offers an assortment with cucumber, tomato and pepper flavored with lemon juice and olive oil.

An equally interesting option to start the day can be a vegetable smoothie, which can be made from a variety of cabbage, broccoli, arugula, spinach, pumpkin, carrot, beetroot, celery or parsley.

Victoria Gonchar also recommends diversifying your usual morning oatmeal by adding chunks of mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, pumpkin or onions and flavoring it with cheese or seasonings.
