Researchers from Belgorod State University have developed and patented a method for producing yoghurt containing the nanostructured dry extract of wormwood.
Normalized cow’s milk with a fat content of 1.5%, 2.5% and 3.2% is used for the production of new yogurt. The extract in the form of an additive is introduced – 150 milligrams per liter – during the fermentation process.
A fairly common wormwood glycosides are essential substances with a pronounced physiological effect.
