Acer introduced next generation notebook Swift Edge 16 Featuring world-class AMD Ryzen 7040 processors among its attractions, the model, introduced on Thursday 25th, focuses on professionals looking for a device with high capacity and portability.

Equipped with a 16-inch OLED screen and a resolution of 3200 x 2000 pixels, the device promises to produce more realistic images. The panel also has a 120Hz refresh rate, supports 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and has a 0.2ms response time.

optimized performance, AMD Ryzen 7040 series processors with up to AMD Radeon 780M GPUs, up to 32GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 2TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. According to the manufacturer, the laptop has several artificial intelligence (AI) features.

Acer Swift Edge 16 running Windows 11, Microsoft Pluton chip compatibility, Wi-Fi 7 and multi-connectivity for faster, more reliable wireless connections. Webcam with QHD resolution and noise reduction in audio and video and fingerprint reader with Windows Hello support are other highlights.

The new Acer laptop also has two USB-A ports, two USB-C ports with 65W fast charging, an HDMI 2.1 port and a microSD card reader. Made from an ultra-thin magnesium alloy, it weighs 1.23kg and is just 12.95mm thin.
