Apple Music integration in Waze puts you in control some basic playback options from the maps app itself, without having to switch between apps. For example, you can pause or resume a song, skip to the next track, or select shuffle or repeat. Apple Music in Waze also shows songs stored in your library or recently played. Apple Music in Waze, of course, also shows the title of the track as well as the artist.

So you can use Apple Music directly from Waze.

Waze has confirmed that Apple Music integration will be available starting today. To activate it, you just need to access the Waze app and tap on the My Waze section. Then press the settings button and under Driving Settings select Music Playback.

Then, Apple Music should show up as linked, or in any case, in the list of available apps.. To activate the service, you need to sign in with the same Apple Music account and accept different access rights. When Apple Music is already connected, you can control playback by pressing the button that appears at the top of the screen.

Waze is, yes, not the only app that allows you to integrate with Apple Music. The Cupertino company’s music service is also available on Google Maps and can be connected through the app’s settings.
