If you want to update your iPad and try iPadOS 17 public beta, you can do so by following these steps. This process is similar to what we saw with iOS and your iPhone.

First, check the list iPads compatible with iPadOS 17:

  • iPad Pro (2nd generation or later)

  • iPad (6th generation or later)

Install the macOS Sonoma Public Beta

You can install public betas on supported devices.

First, you need to make sure your Mac is compatible with macOS Sonoma or macOS 14. This is a list of compatible Mac devices:
