Samsung’s Galaxy A series has two new representatives. The company announced Galaxy A25 5G and A05s; two entry-level mobile phones that are positioned as the brand’s cheapest models. Without sacrificing performance, of course, and in both cases a very interesting price: neither of them exceeds 300 euros.
The most interesting model in terms of its characteristics and price, without a doubt, is Galaxy A25 5G. As the name suggests, the smartphone has support for 5G networks thanks to the processor. Exinos 1280 What does it include; the same SoC that we see in the Galaxy A53 5G. In this case, the processor is accompanied by two RAM and storage options. On the one hand, the one with 6 GB and 128 GB of internal memory. On the other hand, there is one with 8 GB and 256 GB of memory.
The Galaxy A25 5G has a 5,000mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging. This is what feeds Super AMOLED screen 6.5 inches diagonal, which has Full HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a brightness of up to 1000 nits.
In terms of cameras, the Galaxy A25 5G has Main sensor 50 megapixels, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a third 2-megapixel macro sensor for taking close-up photos. All this, in addition, is combined with a very characteristic design of the Galaxy A series in pastel colors, with an almost bezel-less front panel and a small notch on the screen.
Galaxy A05s without 5G, but at a lower price
In parallel with Galaxy A25 5G, Samsung introduced Galaxy A05s. This is a model with more modest characteristics, but it is also very interesting for its price, which does not exceed 160 euros.
Galaxy A05s, unlike Galaxy A25 5G, has 6.7 inch LCD screen. It supports Full HD+ resolution, although it doesn’t support the 120Hz refresh rate. It also has the same 5,000mAh battery as its big brother, as well as the same fast charging up to 25W.
Regarding performance, The Galaxy A05s is powered by a Snapdragon 680 processor and 4GB of RAM. and base storage is 64GB, although there is a 120GB option. Finally, it features a 50-megapixel main camera, which is accompanied by two 2-megapixel sensors: one for macro photography and one for depth of field.
Price and availability of Samsung’s new entry-level lineup
Both Galaxy A25 5G and Galaxy A05s. They can now be bought in Spain in three different colors.. The most powerful model is available in black, yellow and blue. On the other hand, the Galaxy A05s can be purchased in Black, Green, and Silver colors. These are different versions and prices for each of the models.
