“IKEA urges all customers who own the ÅSKSTORM 40W USB Charger in Dark Gray (item 50461193) to stop using it and contact IKEA for a full refund.
Safety is a priority for IKEA and the ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger in dark gray is being recalled. The power cord may become damaged or broken if it is wrapped around the charger or bent back and forth after prolonged use. A damaged cord can cause thermal burns and electric shock.
The ÅSKSTORM 40W Charcoal USB Charger can be identified by the model number ICPSW5-40-1, which is located on the label on the back of the USB charger.
