First, of course, you need to have the Shortcuts app installed on your iPhone. It is available by default, but in any case you can download it directly from the App Store or by following this link.
If the app is installed on your iPhone or iPad, open it and go to the Gallery tab. Next, in the search engine we type “Video” and Click on the “Create Animated GIF from Video” option. (the option may also appear in English). Finally, click “Add Shortcut”.
