Ming-Chi Kuo, the tipster on the former Twitter account X, said that the iPhone 16 series should have two new colors this Sunday (19). New tones should replace older options for mobile phones.

According to the tipster, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are supposed to be sold in black, green and pink colors, but the yellow option will be replaced by a white option. Following a similar strategy, the 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max will lose the “Blue Titanium” color option instead of “Rose Titanium” (pink). Other colors (black, white and gray) will be preserved.

The tipster did not explain the reason for the changes, but it could be a strategic decision considering the adoption of older models or a way to differentiate models from previous generations. In any case, the analyst also notes that Apple can rename it even without changing the colors.

iPhone 16 is coming

The launch of the iPhone 16 is just a few months away, and recurring rumors about the devices underscore the imminence. Information about new mobile phones is still scant, but it is becoming more clear with each passing month.

The main changes will now be on the base models with a new design for the rear camera module. Devices must vertically encapsulate sensors in a pill-shaped island.

Another interesting change is the addition of the iPhone 16’s “Capture Button.” The name suggests that this new peripheral will make taking photos and videos easier.

For now, there are no solid predictions regarding the launch of the new iPhones. But Apple should follow tradition and we will launch the models between September and October this year.
