Cell phone line owners Samsung Galaxy S22 Latin America is getting good news as an important security update will arrive for their devices this Wednesday, May 29th.
The recent software update for the Galaxy S22 series includes the May 2024 security patch. This update is now available throughout Latin America and corresponds to firmware version S90xEXXS9EXE5. Because this is a minor update, the download size is significantly less than 1GB, allowing it to be downloaded over a mobile data connection.
The May 2024 security patch fixes 45 security vulnerabilities found in previous versions of the software. As expected, the update will not bring any new features or performance improvements to the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra.
