Google announced this Wednesday (29) Switch app now portable for iOS to Android 12. So iPhone users can now transfer all their information to a mobile phone running the twelfth version of the company’s operating system.

Information that can be moved from one device to another includes apps, contacts, photos, videos, music, podcasts, text messages, calendars, data, files and more.

Switching can be accomplished by connecting the iPhone cable or via the Switch app itself. During this process, a tutorial will be shown to help the user to fully switch between old and new smartphone.

In the broadcast announcing the innovation, Google reminds that transitioning Apple users can access features such as Gboard, Meet, Google Play, Google Doc, Translation, Google Photos and more.

For those who want to do the opposite, Apple offers a similar tool. With Apple Switch, messages, contacts, calendar, photos, accessibility settings and much more can be transferred from an Android device to an iPhone.
