High quality display
One of the interesting features of the Moto G85 is that it has a display with curved corners for the first time in the Moto G series. It has a 6.7-inch size with pOLED technology used in the Edge series. It has a Full HD+ resolution (2400 x 1080p) and a 120Hz refresh rate. Another great feature is the peak brightness of up to 1,600 nits. It also comes with stereo sound and Hi-RES audio support.
The front glass of the mobile also has Gorilla Glass 5 to protect the screen. The back comes in two colors: graphite with mirrored touch and vegan leather and blue with textured finish.
There are two cameras on the back of the device. The main sensor is a 50MP (Lytia 600 sensor) with optical image stabilization (OIS) and f/1.79 aperture. The secondary camera is a hybrid camera that acts as both an ultra-wide and macro lens with a resolution of 8MP (118.6°, f/2.2). The front camera is a 32MP.
The promise here is to capture high-quality photos even in low-light conditions, and the device can also shoot Full HD (1080p) at up to 60fps on the main camera and up to 30fps with the same resolution on the front sensor.
The phone comes with features like under-screen fingerprint reader, 5G, NFC and Bluetooth 5.1. It also comes with Android 14 under the new Motorola interface out of the box. However, The company only guarantees one OS update (up to Android 15) and three years of security updates.
