Apple announced that his CFO Luca Maestri has resigned from his post. One of the masterminds behind the company’s success will step down on January 1, 2025, though he won’t be leaving Cupertino. Apple announced that Maestri will lead the enterprise services team and report directly to Tim Cook.
In a press release published on its website, Apple announced the change of its chief financial officer. Luca Maestri will be responsible for the corporate services teamincluding systems, information technology, information security, real estate and development.
“Luca has been an outstanding partner in Apple’s long-term management. He has played an instrumental role in improving and driving the Company’s financial performance, engaging with shareholders, and instilling financial discipline across all of Apple’s businesses,” said Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO. “We are fortunate to continue to benefit from the leadership and vision that have been the hallmark of his tenure.”

He did not elaborate on the reasons for his resignation, although he said he was looking forward to his next term.
Kevan Parekh to replace Luca Maestri as Apple’s new CFO
