The battery capacity will finally be 5100 mAh with support for wired charging up to 23 W and wireless charging up to 7.5 W.
The leak also confirms that the Pixel 9a will go on sale Android 15 pre-installedtherefore, it will be one of the first to update to Android 16. Moreover, it will follow in the footsteps of its older brothers by offering 7 years of new OS versions, security fixes and features.

Price and availability
Pixel 9a will be released in four colors: obsidian, porcelain, peony rose and iris. The latter will be some kind of bluish-purple if the data is correct. According to the leak, the new model will be available in countries where the Pixel 9 has already been launched, but new markets will also be added; Mexico is among them.
In terms of price, the Pixel 9a will launch in the US and Canada starting in 2019. $499 for the 128GB version.. This confirms what has been put forward with leaks previous. What’s new is that, at least in these two countries, the mmWave variant will cost $50 more. For Europe and other markets there is no news yet about how much you will have to spend to purchase it.
