A few weeks ago, Xiaomi presented the Redmi Note 14 in China, which will arrive in Europe as Poco X7which will become the flagship phones of the Xiaomi brand. This launch officially revealed many of the features that will be coming to the models that the company is releasing around the world. However, its final design remained a mystery. At least until now.
Portal 91Mobile phones leaked images of the appearance of what will be called Poco X7 and X7 Pro in the global market, revealing that they will not only arrive with a slightly different aesthetic than the Redmi Note 14, but will also take a major leap from the look of last year’s Poco X6 models.
Xiaomi will of course keep the same design as the Redmi Note 14, as we can see in the leaked images, but will opt for an aesthetic more typical of Poco phones. That is, with brighter colors and perhaps a more youthful or, let’s say, sports line.
In the photographs we see how Poco X7 has a square shaped camera. and rounded corners located in the center. The back is glossy black with yellow stripes on the sides and a large logo in the center.
The design of the Poco X7 Pro will be slightly different from the base model. Remember, actually, iPhone 16as it will include a dual camera system placed in a vertical position. It will also feature a more premium design with a larger logo placed on one side, although it will also be available in the brand’s signature yellow color.
These will be Poco X7 and x7 Pro.
Thanks to rumors and the presentation of Redmi Note 14 in China, we know that Poco X7 and X7 Pro will go on sale with 6.67-inch AMOLED screen. In both cases, also with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
Moreover, as the images show, Poco X7 will have triple camera systemwith a 50-megapixel main sensor, another 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a final 2-megapixel macro sensor. But the professional model will have a dual camera.; likely with a 50-megapixel main sensor and an ultra-wide-angle one with a higher resolution than the base model.
On the other hand, the Poco X7 will likely have the same processor as the Redmi Note 14 Pro; A Mediatek Dimension 7300 Ultra. All this, in addition, with a 5500 mAh battery. At the moment, both the SoC and the battery capacity of the Pro model are unknown.
Now, When will both smartphones be presented? All indications are that the models will go on sale in the first half of 2025, although a specific date has not yet been confirmed.
